For best results with Absolute Ozone generators we recommend using AirSep® Oxygen concentrators.   AirSep® offers completely self-contained oxygen generators. Equipped with air compressors, these generators require no special installation. Simply connect the oxygen outlet to your oxygen distribution system and the power cord to a grounded electrical outlet. Turn the unit on and set your oxygen delivery pressure.

Mazzei® Injectors

Mazzei® venturis offer an efficient and reliable way to inject virtually any liquid or gas into water. Widely used for the injection of ozone. When installed properly, injectors can transfer ozone into water with efficiencies as high as 99 percent. These venturi injectors are made of PVDF Kynar® and are ozone compatible. All venturis include a 1/4" barbed ozone safe check valve. Maximum operating pressure is 400 psi.

Injector Assemblies

These pre-assembled venturi injector assemblies are designed for ozone injection applications. They are compatible with both pressurized and nonpressurized ozone generators and use the flow of your water pump to create suction. The bypass design of the assembly provides flow control through the injector. Assemblies are made of Schedule 40 PVC and feature an ozone-resistant Mazzei venturi injector. How a Mazzei® Injector Works?

When pressurized water enters the injector inlet, it is constricted toward the injection chamber and changes into a high-velocity jet stream. The increase in velocity through the injection chamber results in a decrease in pressure, thereby enabling an additive material to be drawn through the suction port and entrained into the water stream. As the jet stream is diffused toward the injector outlet, its velocity is reduced and it is reconverted into pressure energy (but at a pressure lower than injector inlet pressure).
Mazzei® Injectors are extremely efficient. They operate over a wide range of pressures and require only a minimal pressure differential between the inlet and outlet sides to initiate a vacuum at the suction port.
